Stone Building

Wayfinding system for the Stone administration building, The Weizmann Institute, Rehovot

The Stone Administration Building, the headquarters of the Weizmann Institute of Science, opened in 1966. It was designed by architects Arieh Elhanani and Nissan Canaan in the style of ‘industrial minimalism’ that was popular in that era.
The building recently underwent thorough renovations by Ron Greenberg Architects, which included a renewal of the interiors and design of the offices (6,000 sq.m). The design of the signage was minimalistic, using black aluminum and stainless steel.
